t is not a battery problem since it was charged. when i connect it to the electricity, no apple logo. same when i connect to the computer

iphone is new

Connect iPhone to wall charger with USB cable for 10 minutes, it may turn ON itself. If not, keep on charger and Reset, hold both home and power buttons until the iPhone begins to start, this can take about 20 seconds of holding both buttons on charger.

If still problem, all iPhone 4S have full Warranty Coverage, make Genius Reservation and take iPhone to Apple for resolution.

I guessing a hardware fault here. You should check your warranty here.
