My iPhone 4s isn't opening Youtube plus it shows message to Connect to iTunes for Push Notifications

I just bought my new iPhone last friday. Yesterday it started experiencing troubles. I couldn't watch videos on Youtube because it kept on posting the same message: "Cannot connect to Youtube". Later, my push notifications dissapeared. When I opened an app, it kept saying: Connect to iTunes for push notifications". So I did, but nothing changed! I restored my phone so I could start from scratch and it's still not working. My phone isn't hacked or anything. I need help ASAP!

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these steps in order until the issue is resolved.

If after trying each of these steps the problem continues, take it Apple for evaluation and possible replacement.
