earlier today it had drops of water on it from the shower but idk if thats what happened because after i wiped off the water and blew dried it it worked fine and then like 1 hour later it clicked off with 100% and wouldnt come back on, its been in a rice bowl all day and now its plugged in and still will not turn on

That wasn't very smart. First, heat from a blow dryer is not good for electronice and second the force of the air will only cause the water to be forced further inside the device.

Sounds like you destroyed it... time to either do an Out of Warranty replacement or buy a brand new phone.
