My Iphone is unable to initiate connection to voicemail.  It states that voicemail is unavailable. I have followed all the steps to restart my phone, reset network settings and backup.  Does anyone else have this problem and resolved it?

Voicemail is a carrier feature.  Try contacting your carrier and explain the situation.
