I Recently Got A Iphone 4 but it doesnt have a baseband or an imei doesnt let me use wifi and doesnt let me use bluetooth what can i do to fix it? help please

Where did you acquire this iPhone? If it was from Apple or an Apple

authorized reseller, take it back to them and repair/replacement should

be done. If you got it elsewhere, take it back to that person/seller and

see what they say.
