My iPhone 3Gs auto black screen, I need connect to my mac to restart my phone.
I try the iOS version : iOS 4.1, iOS 4.3.3, iOS 5.0.1, and I did not install any Apps or JB.
This is the report :
Incident Identifier: 982390D5-9A23-4F1E-AB52-A03B4C22E164
CrashReporter Key: 1a83007405b8a0f582c7aa5266a494b306326b86
Date: 2012-01-03 16:08:09 +0800
Reset count: 0
Boot failure count: 1
Boot faults: rst vdd_under
Boot stage: 80
Boot app: 0
Please help me to solve the problem.
I am also having this problem, except with a 1.5-year-old iPhone 4.
My iPhone will randomly shut itself off for no apparent reason. It seems identical to me turning it off. It happens about once a week on average, but on some days it has happened multiple times.
I did a "reset to factory settings and restore", which "fixed" the problem for about 10 days, but now my phone is randomly turning off again.
The specific problem, which I see in the "CrashReporter" logs, is:
> Boot faults: rst vdd_under
You can find ALL the times & dates this has happened by searching for the string "vdd_under" using this command:
grep -A 4 -B 4 vdd_under ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/*/*.log
