Hello All,My iphone lost,how can I get it back?Now the person who get my iphone has powered off iphone.I can't get call my iphone.

Did you have a passcode set for the phone?  Was find my phone activated?

Probably not. If the person knew what they were doing then they probably restored the phone rendering find my phone useless. If it was sprint or verizon then have them block the phone from being activated. AT&T won't right now but they are going to start doing it soon.
