My Game Center leaderboards score glitches what I iPhone 4

I have a problem that I just started experiencing, having to do with the leaderboards and game center. It would really put my conscious at easy if you would be able to answer this problem.

 

It seems that when I raised my ranks for certain iPhone apps, such as Call of Mini: Double Shot, and Rocket Riot, it takes my rankings and updates them, then anywhere to a few minutes to a few hours after, it changes back to my old rankings I had a few days ago; of which when I first noticed the problem.

 

 

The levels gained, scores, etc, in-game, stay what I brought them to.

 

 

Here's an Example:

 

While in-game for CoM: DS, it will let me gain levels, rack up zombie kills, etc, and change on game center once I check. But after a few hours or so, when I go back to game center, it shows my original score I had since a day or two ago. Rather than the ranking/level I just earned. Example: I was rank 207 yesterday in Highest Levels, and I played and gotten myself to rank 185, but when I check after a few horus or so, it goes back to saying my old 207 rank in levels (also applies for not showing the same amount of zombies kills I have gotten, etc). But when I play agin gain another levels and gain more zombie kills, it changes again, but then changes back. Please help me put my conscious at ease by knowing if this problem is just with me, or has been brought up before.
