Hi, I have an iPhone 4 GSM. My problem is that I have the mute switch in the mute postition, I put the phone in sleep mode. When I receive a call I can not hear the person on the other end even after switching the mute button. Please note that the phone is put on mute and then put to SLEEP before receiving the call.

The mute switch has nothing to do with being able to hear someone when on a call, it simply mutes sounds like the ringer and notification.
