MMS Message send failure iPhone

The status bar goes almost all the way then stops then i get the message MESSAGE SEND FAILURE Ive rebooted and everything.
On my other iphone it sends the text message attached to the picture but no picture

Same problem here but neither the text or the photo are sent. Thinking the network is bogged down, Ive been trying on and off for hours. No luck. Im running a 3G with OS 3.1. Anyone find a solution? seems like a common problem.

Yep seems like att couldnt handle the load or something. figures..

Anyone find a solution? seems like a common problem.I called 611 from my phone and talked to AT&T. The lady was helpful and tried 2 things, which the latter of the 2 I believe is what worked.
1. She re-authorized my iphone
2. she took my family texting plan off and waited a minute and put it back on.
After number 2 I was able to send and receive. Try calling them and tell them to do this.
