microphone dosnt work iPhone 4

Hello

I have a question i have some problem with my iphone 4 i call for client and he dont hear me. i try to call for my other telephone and dont here what i ssaid on iphone. but all time its working good. Can you reply me what i can do now?

Reset iphone, see if problem persist.

Hold down the power button and the home button till you see an apple on the screen then you may release the buttons. ( IGNORE SLIDE TO POWER OFF !!!!!)

If your problem perisist backup your information and restore your iphone as new.
