Lots of problems with iPhone 4S

Guys having the following problems with my 2nd Iphone 4S just wondering if anyone has the same kind of problems, have restored twice  one as a new phone and as a back up of original iphone. Phone sent back to Apple for examanation.

Phone will charge to 98% intermittently a few times a week

Phone will discharge fully in approx. 15-16 hours most days even though it could be powered off for 2-3 hours during this time and has very light usage.

Phone has problems sending text msgs and mms msgs. Frequently comes up msg send failure! Even though full 3G reception.

Phone can take up to 2 -3 mins at times to locate a full 5 bar 3G signal when powered on even though I work within the vicinity of a 3G mast,  My Ipad gets instant 3G connection.

Also switching bands a lot going from 3G to O a lot and sometimes comes up with the following symbols  -----  on screen  even though I  live and work in an area with 5 bar 3G coverage.

Call failure will happen quite frequently too.

This was a replacement handset I was issued with in December 2011 by Apple
