Lost my original Orange Austria s card. it possible to buy replacement S iPhone 4S

For reasons I won't get into, I've got myself in the situation that I've lost my iphone 4s's sim card, and also have reset the iPhone. To unlock it, I need a sim card that works. I was just wondering if it'll be possible to purchase an Orange Austria Simcard and just use that? Or are iphone 4s phones locked to a specific number/simcard?

You can purchase a new SIM card. Many carriers will give you one if you ask. I don't know about Orange Austria, but there is no harm in calling them.
