Locking up Iphone 4

J got my Iphone 4 locked up by my operater about 2 weeks ago and it still not working with my new operater.

J don´t get any message in Itunes when i synk. ?!?!

J called my old operater again and the made the unlocking thing again but no luck yet?

So who do j talk to at Apple ?

Course it has to be there it faild with the unlocking...

Pleace anyone now anything about Unlocking..

You don't talk to anyone at Apple.

Unlocking is up to the carrier. You will have to work with the carrier.

Have you restored your iphone?
