I upgraded my iphone to ios 5 and now this is happening to me: I open seetings, click on mail,contacts,calendars and it opens for one second and it closes automatically at once. How can I solve this problem?

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new).  Try each of these in order.
