I'm holding my iPhone in landscape mode, then I want a screenshot. When I do screenshots they all submit in photos as portrait. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

This is just how it works. The screen shot feature cant tell what orientation you are in so it always saves them in portrait. the Photoshop app off the appstore can rotate pictures, and it is free. Or you can lock orientation when you go to view the screenshot so it wont turn when you turn the phone to landscape.

No it doesn't. I have multiple iPhones and iPads and 3 of them have them same problem. The fix is return it to the store you bought it from.
