Itunes update won t sync my Iphone

I plugged in my iPhone to Itunes and updated it to the IOS to the newest version. Now whenever I try to sync my iPhone all I get is a blank page when I click on my device. It no longer gives me the options to sync manually etc. My songs and apps are backed up all in my itunes but they didn't transfer over to my phone. When I right-click on my device it only gives me the option to eject. I've tried restarting my computer, ejecting my iPhone, and uninstalling my firewall/ security programs.

 

If it helps I'm using a Windows computer and I have an iPhone 4.

Are there any errors that are being displayed? Is your iTunes up to date?
