Reply Topic Give this a try: Connect your iPhone to your computer. Open iTunes, and wait 10 minutes.
I had the problem Ive seen posted by many others: iTunes did not recognize my iPhone when I connected the iPhone to my iMac computer. The iPhoto application DID see the iPhone and list it as a device, but iTunes did not. After reinstalling the OS and iTunes, resetting the iPhone, etc., I tried again... connected the iPhone to the computer, and NOTHING. I tried once more, and this time I had to step away from my computer for several minutes. When I came back to the computer, there was my iPhone, listed in iTunes under Devices. I had seen in Apple Support that it could take as long as 10 minutes for iTunes to recognize an iPhone if the iPhone battery was low. In my case, the battery was fully charged, but it still took well over 5 minutes for iTunes to recognize iPhone.
