Reply Topicmy Wi-Fi has stopped working on my 4s phone. it will not turn on.within settings the Wi-Fi is shaded out and unable to do anything with it. I have backed up my phone and completed a factory reset then restored but still the same. Any ideas?

If a restore as new does not resolve, that indicates a hardware issue. Take it to Apple for evaluation and replacement.
