Delete your most recent backup and try again. To do this go to iTunes preferences, on the Devices tab click on your most recent backup and click Delete Backup.
There is no back up data, because I just re-install itunes.
and now still can not syc
Check your hard drive for a backup that may not be listed in iTunes. Backups are located at one of the following locations:
Mac OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/BackupWindows XP: %AppData%Apple ComputerMobileSyncBackupWindows Vista: %AppData%RoamingApple ComputerMobileSyncBackupWindows 7: %AppData%RoamingApple ComputerMobileSyncBackup
If you find a backup in the "Backup" folder (they have long alphanumeric filenames), manually delete it and try syncing again. If you don't see one, and you're running Windows, try doing the following:
Quit iTunes.Start an elevated command prompt (Start Menu>All Programs>Accessories>right-click "Command Prompt">choose "Run as Administrator")Once in the command prompt, type "netsh winsock reset" (with our the quotes) and press ENTER.Reboot your computer.Restart iTunes.Connect your phone and try syncing again.
after i do your instrcutions, my iphone still cant sync.
always stop in step 2 of 7
what should i do please>>

Reinstalling iTunes doesn't delete your backup. Did you look in iTunes>Preferences>Devices, and also in %AppData%Apple ComputerMobileSyncBackup?
