iPhone 4s Speakers NOT working.

6 Months old. First text message sounds sounded scratchy then stopped working. Next day speaker phone stopped working. Now no sounds from speakers. The phone was not dropped and alsmot seemed like a software issue. I did backup and an update. Hard reset...Nothing has worked.

"Now no sounds from speakers" - there is only one speaker.

 

"Hard reset" - no such thing.  Do you mean iPhone reset (press both home and power buttons for at least 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears)?

 

Restore the phone, first using a backup and if needed as a new iPhone.  If restoring as new doesn't help, there is a hardware problem that needs evaluation by Apple or whoever provides iPhone warranty service in your country.
