iPhone 4s Speaker issue

So this is a technical question for anyone who can help. My wifes iPhone 4s is out of warranty so I decided to fix it. Here is what is going on.

1) When she uses loud speaker, her loud speaker works fine but no one can hear her. While in private mode everything works fine.

2) I have changed the head jack that contains the switch 2 times and still the same problem.

3) I changed the charging dock connecter that contains the mouth speaker and still the same problem.

 

This is a GSM phone.

 

Please anyone that is a tech or with working knowlede of the iPhone let me know.

Restore the phone in iTunes, first using a backup, and if needed as a new phone (without using a backup).  If restoring as new didn't help, there is a hardware problem that can't be evaluated or addressed without inspecting and testing the phone.

 

Normally, her iPhone 4S would still be under warranty (since all iP4S are less than a year old) but since you opened it and replaced  parts, the warraty is void.
