I have treied pretty much evrything with DFU mode multiple restore but its got to the point where you just have to give up trying at 2 in the morning.

If you have the iOS 6 beta then I assume that you are a developer, in which case you should be posting in the developer forums : https://devforums.apple.com/index.jspa
