Hi everyone, I have a IPhone 4S which I purchased when it was released. The phone has been freezing, losing signal, and not shutting down recently. I took it to the apple store and had it replaced, but I am still having the same issues with the new phone, all of my software is up to date, and we did not transfer anything from the old 4s to this one. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix these problems?
The Basic Troubleshooting Steps are:
Restart... Reset... Restore from Backup... Restore as New...

If you try all these Steps and you still have issues... Then a Visit to an Apple Store or AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider) is the Next Step...
Be sure to make an appointment first...
The problem is I have done all of that, and visited an apple store, and had my phone replaced. I am now having the exact same problems with the replacement, even after restoring it.
