My camera seems to be not functioning as normal.It doesnt seem to open the application at times.Most of the times, it hangs and i do not not know how to make it work as per normal.Is there a solution to this problem?Im using an Iphone 4.

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these steps in order until the issue is resolved.

Hi diesel vdub.i have tried those steps as you have mentioned..Now the camera is working at times and then its hanging wih the shutter screen closed...

If a restore as new does not resolve, take the device to Apple for evaluation.
