Iphone wont sync some videos even when they are of correct format 3G

I have googled it and tried clicking on the video and going Advanced-> Create iPod or iPhone version. However, there are some videos of the correct format, where i specifically ticked Sync, that will not appear on my iPhone.
In the Summary tab, i only checked Sync only checked songs and video.
I have ticked 56 videos under Video -> Movies in my laptop, but in my iPhone only has 34 videos.
May i get some help here please? Thank you.
