Howdy - I have read multiple posts on this topic and after going through 20-30 pages of posts, I'm no closer to finding a solution.
Problem: I cannot connect to any wifi network. When I turn my wifi on it doesn't recognize a single wifi network in my neighborhood or at work. My other devises work on my network, including my ipad, personal laptop and work laptop. Nothing on my network has changed in since it was installed years ago and this phone has worked previously. My bluetooth also is acting wonkey and not connecting to my car, but it was fine a few days ago as well.
I have tried everything:
Restarted my phoneReset my network settingsReset my entire phoneTried the airplane mode/turn off-on idea
Any ideas on anything else I can try?
Restore your phone? Erase all contents and settings?
Otherwise it could be a hardware malfunction in which case you'd have to take it to Apple.

*************I HAVE FOUND A SOLUTION**********************
I had problems when i switched my internet to att uverse. the wireless network key on the side of the router/modem was not the key needed to be inputed into my iphone when joining the network. What I have found to be the solution is: accessing my computer, then going to the control panel, then going to network and internet, then to manage wireless internet. I proceeded to find my wireless connection(2WIRE***) double clicked it and went to the security tab. it gave the option to view the characters in the network security key. I inputed this key into my iphone when joining my wifi connection and my iphone can now fully connect to the internet via my home wifi.
AS A SIDE NOTE: originally the key that i would input to my iphone for the wifi was always the one given on the side of my router/modem. But for some reason that one stopped working. After about half a hour fiddling with my internet settings I found my solution.
