My iphone 4 is unable to make/recieve calls and send/recieve texts, my signal is down to zero and it won't connect to my network.I have done everything I can think, turned the phone off, chaged sim card, restored factory settings, deleted all background apps.Can anyone help?

Contact your phone carrier as they handle calling and messaging, esp if your not gettting any signal.

have done so but the network company dont want to know anything about it unless im willing to pay

You should'nt have to pay your phone company if there is a problem with their network.  Who is your phone carier?

its o2, been terrible to deal with and at this stage have completly exhausted all avenues with them unless i open my wallet.
