iPhone not Charging HELP

I plug my phone in and it makes the noise saying its charging the lightning bolt appears and the battery shows on the lock screen. but whenever i unlock it says there 10% battery life left and the lock screen battery doesnt change. Ive been charging it for over an hour too and nothing has changed. Thanks in advance for the help.

Does wall mean the wall charger included with the iPhone?
If your iPhone is not charging with all three, this could be a problem with your iPhones USB cable or with the iPhone itself. Do you have another USB dock connector cable to try when connected to the wall charger and your MacBook?

yes the wall charger that came with the phone and a wall charger that came with my iPod.. nothing seems to be working.

Try holding down the home button and the sleep wake button until you see the apple logo.
