Hello everybody!

I have a problem with the microphone of the iPhone 4: I can make calls via Skype or Viber but not with the phone application. Can someone help me? Thank you!

Do the basic troubleshooting steps described in Appendix B of the User Guide, as needed:

 

Restart phone

Reset phone

Resetore phone in iTunes using a backup

Restore in iTunes as new, without using a backup.
