Hi Guys,

 

I have my iphone in my pocket, and do nothing irregular. When i pick it up again, there is liquid leak out and the screen didn't light up. I can not even see if i had turned off the phone. It is obvious that the LCD is broken and the liquid is from there. The thing is i can do nothing but dry it up.

 

When i sent in for service, they said the sensor is activated for water damage. Of course, it's in contact with liquid, but not my intention! it is the liquid inside itself!!!!!! 

 

Does any body has the similar situation? What should I do? Is this some fault of the phone?

How could I claim that to apple or any authority?

 

Please help!! Thanks in advance.

there is not enough liquid in a lcd to normally activate the sensor
