I noticed my iPhone kept telling me that I had run out of space to download music and apps so I hooked it up to my computer to delete some files on it. I noticed that I had an unusual amount of space being taken up by Other in the iPhone (Placing free space at 0kb) and when I delete anything from the iPhone the free space is almost instantly eaten up by Other making it constantly full. Does anyone know what is going on? I would reset the phone but I dont want to lose all my music and contact information.

You have a corrupted file on the phone. The only way to fix it would be to do a restore in iTunes.

Sometimes this is caused by a corrupted iTunes metadata file and gets fixed by downloading a new song. More likely, youll have to restore.
