Iphone frozen

i went to update my iphone, now i have a picture of the itunes with the usb below it on the screen, it has frozen my phone and no one can ring it either,i now cant get my phone in itunes either .... any idea how to get this off

Try this:

Perform a reset by holding the home and power buttons at the same time. When the Apple boot logo appears, release the power button but continue holding the home button.

Then read the following instructions to proceed with Recovery Mode:
