I have iphone 4.i have a problem that i am not able to save "favourites" in the native "phone" application...when i open the "phone" app,and i save a new favourite to "contacts favourites list",it DISAPPEARS when i open the "phone app"...

all the links of yours showing "moved permanently to some other location"

please sumone give a "TRUE" solution to my problem.....i have many long hours of googling,but to no avail :-(

Both links work find for me. Try them again. Every once in a while, the Knowledge Base gets confused.
