Reply Topicwhen i bought my iphone i was on the same plan as my boyfriend at the time. we're no longer together and every time i try to download an app his email pops up and it asks for his password which i no longer know. i've tried a couple of things and nothing has workied. any suggestions? ...sucks having a phone with no apps.

2010-05-15 22:26:33Go to settings, and change the iTunes store account. You might need to create one, if you don't have one.
