Iphone 4s shows no imei or baseband

It just happened randomly, not the phone just keeps saying searching and nothing happens

Its a verizon model, and I can see the bluetooth and Wifi address.

What could this be?

Any fixes please.

Sounds like a serious hardware issue. Try the basic troubleshooting of reset, restart, restore. If that fails to resolve, take it to Apple.

IMEI is like the MAC address for a NIC. Serious issues here I agree. Make sure you back up your contacts anf files before doing a factory reset.
