iPhone 4S powers back if powered off while on charger

Can't power off iPhone when on charger, after a couple of seconds after powering off the Apple Logo will appear and the phone will power on again. Only happened after upgrading to iOS 5.1

Try plugging in your iPhone while the charger is plugged into the power outlet,then turn it off, it should stay off. If for some reason the iPhone becomes unplugged it will restart once the power is restored ever if the power lost is for a few seconds.

Tried that didn't make any difference same thing happens.

Ok found the problem, this only happens when the iPhone is in the iPhone dock, when I plug in the cable directly and power off it doesn't power back on? This didn't happen with previous versions (i.e. iOS 5.0).
