Hey
Iv had my 4s since a few weeks after release and have looked after it extremely well since keeping it in a case at all times. However earlier today I picked up my phone to find the power button is stuck in, meaning I can't lock my phone. This seems very unusual to happen as it was functioning perfectly well minutes before and was sat on my desk untouched untill I used again. Any suggestions on what to do? Is this covered by the warranty? Please help!
As far as I know, as long as the issue is not because of accidental damage ( and you dont have the APP +) this would be covered by the limited hardware warranty.
There is not much troubleshooting you can do for this issue
Thanks for the response, what do you mean by APP + though? So i can just take my phone to the apple store and i will get a replacement?
APP+ is the applecare plus...it will cover two issues of accidental damage at a cost of 49$ each time.
But yeah, the apple store would likely just replace it with a new one, so just make sure to back it up in itunes so you dont lose anything!
