iPhone 4s keyboard issue-Language setting English yet space bar and return key display no english words.

Whenever I access the edit keyboard the space bar always displays "spatie" and the return key sometimes displays "Zoek". What is going on? I have tried to find a setting that causes this and cannot locate one. I have looked on this site and it seems this is unique or I am missing some setting. Any suggestions?

You've got a Dutch keyboard there:

Settings > General > Keyboard > International keyboards

If you have a "globe" key on your keyboard, tap it to bring up a list of active keyboards and select English.
