iPhone 4s having same camera issue as iPhone 4

Well last night my lovely cat was sleeping in a amusing position so I decided to take a few photos. About an hour later I went to bed and did my nightly round of going through random apps, downloading them and playing with them to get me to sleep. One of the apps I downloaded used the camera. I opened it but the application locked up which I thought was strange. I went to the actual camera app and realised the virtual shutter didn't open. This is where you guys are probably familiar with the issue. Sometimes black screen, front camera works, restoring and such doesn't work and all the kind of stuff(If you don't know I suggest you search iPhone 4 shutter issue or something along the lines of). I would have thought with the new camera it would have stopped the issue? Maybe some sort of firmware issue? Not sure. Has this happened to anyone else? I've got a appointment with the genius bar and will no doubt be recieving a replacement. Hopefully it doesn't happen to the New one/refurb!
