still in years warranty..only 2/3 months old. will i get a discount on a new phone. was bought from orange. or how much will the repair cost

You would get an out of warranty (since this isn't covered by it) replacement. Edit: Well, I'm not sure if it is still covered if you have Applecare+ http://store.apple.com/us/product/S4575LL/A since that also covers accidental damage.
