My iPhone 4S has crack on the side should should I send I it back for repair to Apple or to my service providers Rogers this also where I purchased it ?

Damage is not covered by the warranty.

If your iphone is damaged, then you would have to pay for a new iphone.

If your iphone is slow, try the basics from the manual. restart, reset, restore
