Just had a replacement iphone4 from insurance. It won't let me store any contacts, each time i go onto settings then into mail,contacts,calenders it just comes straight back off it. So i can't add no numbers or names.

Close All Open Apps...  Perform a Reset... Try again...

 

Reset  ( No Data will be Lost )

 

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

Restart... Reset... Restore from Backup...  Restore as New...
