I have an iPhone 4 and I want to update to IOS 5 but when I try to update from ipsw file, i recieve this error from itunes:

"The iPhone couldn't be updated. This device is not eligible for the requested build." . I bought my iPhone from Dubai, etisalat.

Could anyone tell me what is wrong with it? Thanks in advance.
