iphone 4 multi-tasking bug

Im using the latest software (4.1).
Just wondering if anyone else has noticed how apps like iTunes are shown 2x in the menu (implying two versions are running) when you go into multi-tasking mode. While you seemingly can shut down one without ill effects, it sure seems like a bug to me....
Also, Id think any app that runs audio SHOULD use the native pop-up menu to select output (I use Bluetooth headset, as well as an in-car FM transmitter). Usually the iPhone switches without hassle, but it seems some apps (e.g. TWITs player) dont offer the option to switch output.
