iphone 4 GSM vibration problem

My brother bought an iphone 4 from london and gift it to me as i am in india nw... So Nw the problem is my phone isn't vibrating at all for calls or sms on either loud or silent. Vibrate is enabled in settings for both. Its just making little bit sense as so many new iphone had the same problem these days... plz help me how to repair it... my phone is under warranty..

i did this tricks but its nt working for me..(

nable vibrate in both modes

Download a free vibrating app like "iBrate"

Activate vibration via the app

Gently tap the area where the vibration motor is and it kind of wakes up if that makes sense

It will stutter and come on and off but after a while it becomes a bit more regular)

Instead of wasting time with "tricks", try the actual troubleshooting steps listed in the User's Guide. Those are reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new).

Should those not resolve the problem, the device will need to go back to an EU country as warranty and support are only valid in the country of original purchase (or for devices purchased in the EU, in any EU country).
