iPhone 4 Car ChargerAux fits w Bumper Case

Reply Topic So Im looking for a new charger/aux connector for my iPhone 4 that fits the bumper case. I had a great one for my 3GS that I bought from Meritline for like $3 6 months ago. Still works great, but now with the bumper case it will not snap in. Any movement of the phone or car the cord will come out, but at least for now I can secure it on a blanket so it wont slide around or move and it usually wont fall out and will still play audio from my phone.
Anyone know of one that will charge, play audio, and fit the bumper case?

2010-08-29 05:45:02 I have the exact same issue. The bumper prevents the charger fitting into the port properly. Ive tried the Belkin tunebase and it didnt fit so that went back. Anyone any ideas which product works?

2010-08-29 05:45:02 +1 for me also. I have been using the Griffin car AUX adapter and it works fine. But with the bumper the cable/connector will not insert far enough to make the connection. Not sure what to do to solve, and I am not finding any newer ones that solve this issue.

2010-08-29 05:45:02 has anyone tried the monster cables offered at the apple store I heard those fit well in the bumpers. I have the same problem. Bought the Griffen brand also and cant use it unless I remove the bumper.

2010-08-29 05:45:02 The Monster Cable iCarCharger for iPod and iPhone does not provide sufficient voltage to charge the iPhone 4 from a discharged state. It does okay holding the charge when > 1/2 full, in my experience...

2010-08-29 05:45:02 I have a Griffin PowerVolt that I picked up last year or maybe the year before. It has a removable USB cable. If need be (Im not using a bumper) I could use the USB cord that came with the phone.
