Iphone 3G vs Blackberry

I have had a blackberry curve 8310 for about a year, but I have decided to purchase an Iphone next month when Im eligible to upgrade. I have absolutely no issues with the Blackberry like Im seeing with the Iphone. Do you think some of these issues you read on this forum or just isolated, user error or issues with the phone itself. Im really psyched about getting the Iphone, but Id hate to buy one and start having problems like see others are having. Also, how does the Iphone compare to the Blackberry as far as the things both phones can do?

The majority of problems poseted here are not respesentative of the iPhone user community. Some people have problemsm some people like to see a problem with everything (my phone is scratched can I return it?). 99% of iPhone usere are happy with the product. About one month after getting the 3G iPhone I turned by BB back into corporate, since the iPhone has the same functionality for what I do.
Dont look at the small minority of users with problems to make you decision. My phone has worked flawlessly (some 3G network issues but thats not an issue with the phone). And yes, the battery does drain alot faster than a BB (differing technologies). But otherwise I am 100% satisfied.

We have two iPhone 3Gs and theyve worked flawlessly so far.
MacBook , Mini, Airport Express, iPhone 3G x 2 Mac OS X (10.5.4)
