Hi,
My question is easy :
When Apple will produce or open on Appstore REAL GPS software for iPhone?
Because since July we cant use iPhone as a GPS in a car...
And GPS only out a car says nothing.
TomTom and others have define solution for iPhone but always nothing on store.
Why and When?
Best regards,
Laurent

Apple has publicly stated that, The issues are complex. No more details have been provided, nor has a time frame. The implication is that GPS apps with turn-by-turn navigation are possible, and will be available at some point. In the meantime, use a different device if you need that functionality.

Apple stated that for the time being they were not letting any turn-by-turn GPS apps on the iPhone.
TomTom has said that it does have a app ready/under-development for the iPhone, but it is unclear as to when and how will it be launched.
There are also some rumors that say Apple is working on its own version of a GPS software, this is unlikely, but still a possibility.
But as of now, there is nothing that can give you turn-by-turn GPS navigation.
