IPhone 3 drea 3 cannot be synced. required file cannot be found

i updated the software on my iphone last night to the 2.0 and when i tried to sync my phone to put my songs back on it i got this message The IPhone <3 drea <3 cannot be synced. The required file cannot be found whats wrong with is and how do i fix it ??

I had this same problem after updating to 2.0.1. The iPhone will sync ok if you deselect the Photo sync. Not sure if Apple has a longer term fix.

Im running into the issue here, too ... when I try to sync photos from my iPhoto Library, I get the message The iPhone cannot be synced. The required file cannot be found. Deselecting the iPhoto sync clears the error.
This used to happen with my old iPod (30GB video), too.
Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas on how to fix or work around this?
